Roles and responsibilities
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching company’s services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and identifying prospective clients
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to maintain rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments on company’s services/ products
- Developing proposals for clients
- Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person
Skills Required
- Socially adept
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Fluent in Kannada (Optional)
